sunflower molds, By

I used this mold as an ice cream mold.The first mold turned out well, however, because the ice cream melts very quickly, it was difficult to have the five other molds show the detail of the sunflowers. Instead, they basically looked like round molds. I think that these molds would work best with cake. I tried putting a warm cloth over the molds but that affected the "turn-out" even more. It was best, of course, to act very quickly. I did not spray them with oil since I used ice cream. This maybe what I would try next with any mold.
